To begin working as a consultant and to remain an active consultant for Nutrition Advantage we require the following udated information in our main office.  Submit this along with your Application.

  • Resume/CV
  • CDR Card
  • License
  • PPD Status
  • Photo ID
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Child Abuse Clearance
  • Proof of Malpractice Insurance
  • HIPPA Certification


 

My husband was very ill on a tube feeding at home.  Marcia took all of my calls personally and sent an RD into our home on several occasions to check on his progress.  I am very grateful for the personal attention we received.
